    homemade scones
    bumpy road
    inconvenient bathroom

    Delicious homemade scones at breakfast.

The location was annoying to find, and the road was bumpy. On top of that, sharing the bathroom with other guests was inconvenient and not what I expected for the price I paid. I felt disappointed that my room was not as cozy as advertised and didn't meet my standards for a comfortable stay.

Everything was great, so were decent views of hills and green pastureland. I truly enjoyed remote location not far from the main Perth to Dundee road, set back in the hills overlooking the Tay estuary, and the Tay estuary. It also was near to main travel route. Nothing too much trouble, had a comfortable stay for two nights.

    beautiful location
    comfortable bed
    delicious homemade scones
    bumpy road

Northlees Farm is in a fine location surrounded by beautiful views and is close to Deuchny and Kinnoul Woodland Parks, perfect for hiking. The room was cozy with a comfortable bed and ensuite bathroom. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious homemade scones and warm conversations with the hosts, Jean and Andy.

The road to the farm was a bit bumpy.

    A warm welcome awaits you

Jean and Andy's hospitality. My twin room was cozy with lovely views of the fields, and breakfast included delicious homemade scones. Waking up to the sounds of farm life was a unique experience I cherished.

While the location was beautifully remote and peaceful, the absence of a TV might disappoint guests looking for evening entertainment.

    bumpy road
    shared bathroom
    inconvenient access

The stay offered a beautiful countryside experience with fine farm views, perfect for those looking to escape the city's hustle. The cozy twin room provided a comfortable retreat, complemented by the hosts' genuine hospitality. Accessing the farm was a bit challenging due to the bumpy road, and sharing the bathroom with other guests added some inconvenience. Breakfast featured good homemade scones and some vegan options to cater to different tastes.

It was just a great fit for a walk in the evening and good value for price. The view from the bed was fine, watching the sunset over the hills. Make sure to try the homemade breakfast for some tasty treats.

We had a lovely stay, especially enjoying the delicious homemade breakfasts and the cozy, spacious twin room complete with an en-suite. The only drawback was the bumpy road leading to the farm.

The setting here is absolutely breathtaking! Situated not too far from the west coast, just off the main road between Perth and Dundee, this place is nestled in the hills with stunning views overlooking the Tay estuary. And at just £100 a night for a room, it's a steal! 🌄
